R you Ready for Reddit Data? In-Person
Are you interested in exploring social media data but completely unfamiliar with the tools and techniques for this type of work? If so, this session is for you! Join us for a beginner-friendly workshop on how to access Reddit data through RStudio. You will learn how to search by keyword, identify subreddits, and pull comments. If time permits, we will also provide a brief discussion on how to use Reddit data to build classification models.
No experience with R is required but R and RStudio should be downloaded prior to attending the workshop.
