Text Data Mining and Future Signal Analysis In-Person

This is a two-part workshop series on Text Data Mining and Future Signal Analysis using Python programming in Google Colab.

In these hands-on sessions, you will learn how to preprocess and analyze text data, as well as explore methods for identifying emerging or declining trends and signals in text.

To fully participate, please bring your own laptop. No installation is required since Google Colab runs in the cloud, but you must have a Google account. Basic Python knowledge is recommended, but beginners are also welcome.

If you are new to Google Colab, I recommend attending the How to Use Google Colab for Python Programming as wellhttps://calendar.lib.olemiss.edu/event/14862041
