Visualizing Likert Scale Data with Tableau: 2-Part Series In-Person
In this 2-part series, participants will learn strategies for formatting and visualizing Likert scale data.
- Session 1, February 27: Formatting Likert Scale Data for Visualization
In session 1, participants will learn how to format survey data, particularly Likert scale data, for optimal visualization.
- Session 2, March 6: Visualizing Likert Scale Data with Tableau
In session 2, participants will use the formatted Likert scale data from session 1 to create diverging stacked bar charts using Tableau. This process involves utilizing more advanced features of Tableau such as creating calculated fields and formulas.
No experience required, though basic familiarity with Excel and Tableau is helpful. Free and open to the public.
