Engaging in Research as a Graduate Student: How Can Sage Learning Resources Help?

This session will introduce three resources available to all graduate students through the University of Mississippi Libraries. Students will be introduced to Sage Research Methods and Sage Campus, two resources that guide users through every step of the research process and are designed to help students explore and learn about both qualitative and quantitative research methods. This session will also provide an overview of Sage Data, a resource that allows researchers quick access to multidisciplinary, global statistics from reliable and trustworthy sources. Students can use Sage Data to find, visualize, manipulate, and share detailed data as well as master essential data literacy concepts and skills.

Note: All participants are encouraged to bring a computer or device, as this session will provide hands-on opportunities for engaging with the resources.
